SaaS experience management vendor Medallia has announced the appointment of Heather Paterson as its new Country Manager for the A/NZ region. Paterson will be replacing Zach Hotchkiss, will lead Medallia’s Australia arm and additionally spearhead the launch of the Ground Operations team in New Zealand.

With an impressive leadership background and strong sales performance, Paterson has joined Medallia A/NZ Country Manager after 7 years of experience with a leading Saas fintech provider, Intralinks, where most recently she was the Director for APAC region.

Before working at Intralinks for 7 years, Paterson held Business Development Management roles at Pareto Law, Southwestern Company and Pointpal. She also pursued LLB from the University of Glasgow.

At Medallia, Heather will lead its Australian team as it continues to back enterprise organizations in converting employee and customer feedback into actionable insights that help in optimizing experience. As the SaaS experience management vendor invests in the APAC region, Paterson will also lead the operations of Medallia NZ in the coming quarters.

On becoming a part of Medallia, Patterson says employee and customer experience management continues to gain significant traction across Australasia as companies recognise its importance in the ever-changing economic times. That makes it an exciting time to join the customer experience management company and she looks forward to working with the team to build on its strong foundations, she adds.
