Australian managed services provider First Focus has announced that it will be acquiring Mitel IP communications expert Flexnet for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Flexnet will add the expertise of advanced unified communications in Shoretel and Mitel systems to First Focus. Victoria-based Flexnet has received the status of Mitel Platinum Partner in August and will continue under the Flexnet brand.
