Managed service provider First Focus acquires Mitel expert Flexnet

Australian managed services provider First Focus has announced that it will be acquiring Mitel IP communications expert Flexnet for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Flexnet will add the expertise of advanced unified communications in Shoretel and Mitel systems to First Focus. Victoria-based Flexnet has received the status of Mitel Platinum Partner in August and will continue under the Flexnet brand.

Mitel helps service providers and businesses collaborate, connect and provide innovative services to their consumers. Their communications and innovation experts have served more than 70 million users in about 100 countries.
