IT services provider Tecala Group and managed services firm Forum Group have entered an exciting partnership that will see the two Australian MSPs exchange services with each other to add more service range. The alliance is a part of Forum Group’s growth strategy through which it has impressively acquired 7 promising businesses in the past 11 years. 

The most recent acquisition by the Australian managed services firm was in 2019 of another MSP – SmartPrint. In the past decade, the company also bought Imagetec, Chilliprint, Crown Business Solutions, Agem Printing and QBM.
