According to the latest HR news, Kronos Incorporated has recently announced the launch of HCM technology called Workforce Dimensions Technology Partner Program. This technology leverages the Kronos D5 platform for engaging productivity-boosting applications.
Mike May, Kronos’ senior director of the new program said: “These are tech vendors with great solutions who can leverage the open APIs offered by the Kronos D5 platform to extend Workforce Dimensions beyond workforce management and human capital management (HCM) to engage with employees in innovative ways.” He further added, “Our program also includes integration partners, who now have the ability to facilitate real-time data exchange between HR, workforce management, and payroll.”

Workforce Dimensions technology has enhanced the ability of management and the employees to complete all their tasks in their natural workspaces. Users can now submit their reviews, and approve time-off requests and timecards from Microsoft Outlook directly.
They have also added a conversational chatbox that helps manage the daily workforce management duties more efficiently and easily. It also allows users to sync their schedule to Google Calendar thus helping employees and managers manage their day more effectively.
