Australian IT services and solutions company CompNow announced that it has joined the exclusive vendor partner program of Extreme Networks. CompNow Notting Hill achieved ‘Black Diamond’ status in the partner program. This status is given by Extreme Networks to its top partners for their groundbreaking technology capabilities and investment in resources and time to obtain skills in various Extreme Networks products.

The company says Extreme Black Diamond status demonstrates CompNow’s commitments towards achieving the highest level of expertise around the cloud networking portfolio of Extreme Networks.

Extreme Networks is a networking equipment company that designs, develops and produces wireless and wired infrastructure. It also develops cutting-edge software for network management, security and analytics.

The partner program of Extreme Networks has 3 tiers – Diamond, Gold and Authorized. Extreme  said that moving up these levels depends on attending training, getting certified and certain revenue requirements. At every level, the partner receives more and better program benefits, marketing support, rebates and discounts.

CompNow has now become the 2nd Australian partner to reach the Black Diamond status, which is the top tier of the partner program by Extreme Networks. It has been Extreme’s partner for more than a decade and is one of its longest standing local partners. 

To achieve this status. CompNow has 19 of its software engineers complete 43 certifications across the vendor’s portfolio which include wireless, switching, cloud management, automation, access control and network security.
