    Refund Policy

    Refund Policy

    Effective Date: [12-05-2023]

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for guest posts, link insertions, sponsored content, and all related editorial services (“Services”) offered by ITMunch Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on itmunch.com (“Website”).
By purchasing any service from us, you (“Client,” “You,” “Your”) agree to the terms stated herein.

    1. No Refunds After Publication

All payments become non-refundable once the content (including guest posts, sponsored posts, and link insertions) has been published on the website.
Publication provides immediate exposure, SEO benefits, and third-party credibility, and therefore cannot be reversed or refunded.

    2. Refunds Prior to Commencement of Work

Clients may request a full refund only if our editorial team has not yet initiated any of the following:

    • Review of submitted content
    • Editing, drafting, or formatting
    • Scheduling or queuing the content for publication

If editorial work has begun but the content has not yet been published, any approved refund will be subject to a 30% administrative and editorial processing fee.

    3. Refunds for Rejected Content

If content is rejected before any editorial work has started due to quality issues or guideline violations, a 100% refund will be issued.

If content has already undergone editorial work but is later rejected for guideline violations or quality concerns, a 30% editorial fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

    4. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • A change in decision after publication
    • Delays in indexing by search engines
    • Lack of improvement in keyword ranking or SEO performance
    • Submission of spun, plagiarized, or low-quality content
    • Request to change or update the target link after publication
    • Penalties, deindexing, or SEO issues arising from the Client’s own website
    • Requests for removal after publication
    • Misrepresentation of the content, author, or intent

    5. Edits and Post-Publication Modifications

We offer one complimentary modification within 7 days of publication (limited to factual or grammatical corrections).

Additional revisions, structural edits, or link changes will incur additional charges based on scope.

    6. Refunds for Duplicate Payments

If a Client accidentally submits a duplicate or excess payment for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

    7. Delays in Publication

If we fail to publish content within the agreed-upon timeline and editorial work has not commenced, the client may request a refund.

If work has commenced but publication is delayed, cancellation requests—if approved—will be subject to a 30% editorial fee.

    8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

In the event a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving the service, the following actions will occur:

    • The associated content will be permanently removed
    • The Client’s domain, email, and associated information will be blacklisted across all ITMunch-owned platforms
    • Comprehensive evidence of service delivery will be submitted to the payment processor for dispute resolution

    9. Final Decision Authority

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of ITMunch Media.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or adjust refunds based on the facts and documentation provided.
