British consultancy firm L.E.K Consulting announced the promotion of Mr Aakash Gandhi to Partner in its Sydney office. Gandhi has been working with the consulting firm the past 1.5 years and has now become the country’s 17th partner.
At L.E.K. Consulting, Mr. Gandhi works and specialises in emerging technologies, digital strategy, digital transformation, cloud computing software or SaaS, communications including telecom, submarine cables and satellites in addition to data & analytics and data centers. He majorly focuses on clients in the technology, consumer goods and telecom sectors.
About Aakash Gandhi – Partner at L.E.K. Consulting
Aakash Gandhi has previously worked at Optus, Telstra, Bulletproof, Infoplex and HorizonX where he held various leadership roles. Gandhi began advising as an industry expert at L.E.K. Consulting in 2017 and two years into the collaboration, Gandhi joined the firm as a full-time member and was appointed as a Principal.
He is an Indian national, he left his native country at around the turn of the century to pursue his university studies in Australia. Gandhi studied at the Swinburne University of Technology where he pursued his Masters in Network Systems and the Australian Graduate School of Management where he pursued an MBA.

At L.E.K. Consulting, Mr Aakash advises transaction teams of the firm on internet, digitalization and technology. He is part of a global intake of 18 new Partners at the firm. 10 of the Partner intakes are in the United States, 4 are in Europe, 3 are in Asia and 1 is in Australia.
